Formerly, the LEGO Company began being a wood doll company, but soon turned to producing plastic toys. In 49, the Seglar Company had produced over two hundred different types of toys and games. The solid wood toys was developed by Ole Kirk Christiansen. In the early years, this company used a wooden mold to create the first hardwood toys.
